Duct cleaning - mould and moisture
Mould appearing in a commercial building is a sign of a moisture problem - too much moisture that the building is not shifting. Cleaning the mould off treats the symptom, but it comes back, because the moisture is still there. The real cure is to remove the moisture, and ventilation is the primary way to do that. Here is why ventilation, not bleach, is the cure for mould.
